A Bit About Me
Hello there,
I am an Oklahoma State University graduate, GO POKES! There, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising. Throughout my college career, I enjoyed being involved in various clubs and social organizations, as well as, being a homecoming director for three years. If you haven't heard of "America's Greatest Homecoming", give it a google! I was also a founding member of the campus lifestyle and fashion magazine, ModMuze.
I started my professional career following graduating in 2019, as wedding planner and stylist for Borrowed Charm in Oklahoma City. In this role, I guided brides through every detail of the wedding planning process from picking a venue to the grand exit on their big day. This required paying close attention to detail and managing numerous clients and vendors simultaneously.
In August of 2020, following COVID19's impact on the event industry, I was ready for a career shift. I found my latest role as a corporate buyer for Mathis Brothers Furniture in Oklahoma City. In this position I worked closely with all departments, ensuring the best customer experience. I placed purchase orders for all 5 big box locations to maintain adequate stock for demand.
I am currently seeking a full time position in Oklahoma City, OK. I thrive in a high energy fast paced environment with the ability to take on and organize multiple projects at a time. I am looking forward to this next chapter!
